We ship your purchases via USPS and pride ourselves in packaging each order with love and care.
Processing will take 1-4 days on our side, once your order is sent, you will be emailed your shipping and tracking information!
For added safety of your package, we do offer shipping insurance via Route+. Purchase only once per order. This is an add-on to ensure delivery integrity.
After your package has left our facility, it is no longer in our hands. If a problem does arise with your package (i.e. Lost in transit, never delivered) please contact Route immediately! File any claims or disputes with https://claims.route.com/ .
We can only offer refunds on lost, broken, or stolen packages if this Route+ insurance is purchased along with the items in your cart.

Wrong Address/ Missed Order Pickup
If in the event of an order that is sent to the wrong address (wrong address when entering your own shipping information) , and your package is sent back to our facility, we will contact you for a redelivery. Additional Shipping and Handling Costs may be applied.
If we cannot contact you, we will restock your item and you will be refunded a portion of your purchase total, minus shipping and handling.
Shipping may take 2-5 days to arrive, however, during any holiday season USPS may run behind due to the influx of orders. Please be patient with your mailmen.
