Missing Items

We can only offer refunds on lost, broken, or stolen packages if this Route+ insurance is purchased along with the items in your cart. 

 Please file broken, stolen or lost package claims with https://claims.route.com/ .


Missing Items:

Once you receive your package, you have 48 hours to report any missing items. Please include your order number, and what item(s) are missing within your initial email to us. We will refund you such items.
